Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Make the Spicy Chili Mayonnaise: combine all the ingredients; mix well; cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to use.
  2. Preheat gas or charcoal grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Split the sausage casings with a knife and crumble the ground meat into a large bowl.
  4. Add in the next 8 ingredients; mix together until the ingredients are evenly distributed.
  5. Form mixture into 4 patties of equal size; grill burgers, flipping once, until the juices run clear, about 4 minutes per side.
  6. Serve on sourdough rolls with the Spicy Chili Mayonnaise.
