Pork And Cabbage Goulash

Oh yeah, now we are talking. Sausage, cabbage, peppers, tomatoes and herbs. Yummers, sign me up.
Ingredients:
1 pound ground pork sausage
1 cup chopped white onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 can petite diced tomatoes
6 ounce can tomato paste
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon red crushed pepper
4 cups chopped cabbage
Directions:
1. In a kettle brown sausage.
2. When sausage is almost browned add fresh vegetables and continue to brown stirring often.
3. When sausage is thoroughly browned add tomatoes, tomato paste, vinegar and spices.
4. Cover and simmer for 25 minutes.
5. Add cabbage and simmer for 25 minutes.
