Simple and delicious filippino dish. I recomend you eat it over a bowl of white rice.
Ingredients:
2 lbs pork, chopped into bite size pieces
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar (i like cider vinegar)
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 an onion, diced
1 cup water
pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients. Boil for about 25 minutes. Reduce to lower heat and continue cooking until pork is done. If it's too strong, add more water.
