Porcupine Meatballs and Sauce

An easy, fast, kids will eat them up meatball and sauce recipe. My sister-in-law gave me this recipe when I stayed with her. Now it's the only recipe I use when making meatballs
Ingredients:
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1/3 cup onion
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 lb hamburger
1/2 cup water
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1 (26 ounce) can spaghetti sauce (delmonte)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Porcupine Meatballs:.
2. Mix the first 6 ingredients together.
3. Shape into balls.
4. Fry in oil until brown and drain.
5. Sauce:.
6. Mix the sauce, brown sugar, water, celery seed and Worcestershire sauce together.
7. Pour over the meat.
8. Cook until the rice is tender, approx 45 minutes.
9. Pour over spaghetti and enjoy !
