Easy Yummy meatballs
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/2 cup long grain rice (uncooked)
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can tomato soup
1/2 cup water
Directions:
1. Rinse rice. Combine meat, rice, salt, pepper, and onion. Shape into 24 small balls. Heat soup mixture until it boils. Place meatballs in boiling mixture. Cook at 200° in covered skillet and simmer until tender; about 1 1/2 hours.
