Poppyseed Chicken Casserole

This is my friend Sarah's recipe. She made it for us once and we loved it! Low fat versions of the ingredients can be used to make it healthier, if desired.
Ingredients:
3 cups cooked chicken, cut up
10 1/2 ounces cream of chicken soup
8 ounces sour cream
1 tablespoon poppy seed
1 1/2 cups crushed ritz crackers
1/4 cup butter, melted
Directions:
1. Combine first 4 ingredients together and spoon into a lightly greased 11x7 baking dish.
2. Combine crackers and butter and sprinkle over chicken mixture.
3. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
