Poppy Seeded Muffins

Moist and delicious. These muffins have lovely flavour!
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream or vanilla yogurt (my favourite is astro)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon lemon extract
1/2 - 1 teaspoon lemon zest
Directions:
1. Mix flour in bowl with next 4 ingredients.
2. Mix remaining ingredients in another bowl.
3. Stir the wet into the dry just until moistened well.
4. Fill greased muffin cups 1/3 full.
5. Bake at 375 F for 15-20 minutes, or until muffins test done.
