Poppy Seed Salad Dressing

Great to add some variety to your salads. Something a little different to the usual. You can substitute the poppy seeds with toasted sesame seeds as a recipe variation
Ingredients:
1/4 cup honey
1 cup light olive oil
1 tablespoon poppy seed
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 lemon, zest of
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard or 1/2 teaspoon whole grain mustard or 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together and use to dress your salads.
2. Can use a bottle or container with a tight fitting lid to shake ingredients and use to store any remaining dressing in the refrigerator.
