Poppy Seed Cake (Low Fat)

Very delicious and was a great start to Hungarian Day :).
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1/4 cup applesauce
1/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon water
3/4 cup splenda sugar blend for baking
1 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon poppy seed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients and beat about 2 minutes.
2. Pour into greased bundt pan.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done (will be golden brown).
4. Cool 2-3 minutes before removing from pan.
