Poppy Seed Bread

We love to make this bread alot. My kids really like to help make it as well.
Ingredients:
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/8 cups vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoons poppy seeds
3 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients and beat for 2 minutes; pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
2. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
3. Enjoy!
