Pomegranate Tea

Bought these seeds planning to use them in baking...but not to be. Instead I made a tea with them and I was nicely surprised by the pleasant taste...I did add some Splenda though.
Ingredients:
3 ounces pomegranate seeds, dried (i used shan)
6 cups water
1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute (can use honey instead)
Directions:
1. Bring water to rolling boil. Add seeds and turn heat to low. Simmer for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to steep 10-15 minutes. Strain and sweeten.
2. This is good hot or cold.
