Ingredients:
1 medium green pepper (cut into 1 in strips)
2 tablespoons butter
1 can beef broth
1/4 cup water
2 teaspoons lemons
1 1/2 cups cooked shrimp
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 cup pineapple tidbits
Directions:
1. In skillet, cook green pepper in butter until tender.
2. Remove from heat.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients.
4. Cook until thickened; stirring constantly.
5. Serve over rice.
