Polly's Potato Salad

Easy, great for picnics, summer holidays.
Ingredients:
4 cups red potatoes, crock cooked, cubed
4 large eggs, hard-boiled
1/4 t. salt, pepper to taste
12 t. mayonnaise
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 t. prepared mustard
2/3 cup celery, sliced thin
1/3 cup onion, minced
3 radishes, chopped
1 dill pickle (or barrel), chopped
Directions:
1. Prepare fresh new potatoes in crockpot on Hi, 4 hours the day before. Boil eggs the day before and chill, both.
2. Chop hard boiled eggs, fine. Add salt & pepper.
3. Combine remaining ingredients. *Opt: May substitute 1/2 cup plain yogurt or 1/4 cup buttermilk, for part of the mayo.
4. Fold all together.
5. Chill at least 4 hours.
