Ingredients:
4 fresh corn tortillas
3 grilled chicken breasts
2 cups pinto beans
1 tomato
4 green onions
1/2 cup jalapeno
1/4 cup cilantro
12 ounces cheddar cheese or 12 ounces monterey jack cheese
1 lime
Directions:
1. cut tortillas in half and fry until golden and crispy.
2. fire grill marinated chicken breasts.and slice into fine strips.
3. chop tomatoes, onions and jalapenos.
4. add:.
5. cheese.
6. beans.
7. tomatoes.
8. chicken.
9. green onions.
10. top with: cheese and jalapeno.
11. bake 425 for 5-6 min or until cheese melted.
12. garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
