It's Polish style appetizer. Perfect for Parties, Weddings, Birthdays.
Ingredients:
1 cup mushroom (washed, cut into chunks)
1 cup onion (peeled, also cut into chunks)
4 roll (or if you want it to be smaller, cut 1 baguette)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup of grated cheese (your choice! bri, american etc)
Directions:
1. First, mix the onions and mushrooms into a hot skillet (With the tablespoon of olive oil).
2. Second, Begin frying until mushrooms release water.
3. Third, take the mushrooms and onions, and place them on the 4 rolls (or baguette)
4. Fourth, Sprinkle the cheese on top.
5. Fifth, place into toaster oven until cheese melts.
6. Take out and let cool for 5 minute.
7. Enjoy!
