Polish Sausage and Apples (Crock Pot)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put half of the sauerkraut in the bottom of crock pot.
  2. Place apples and sausage on top.
  3. Add all other ingredients except juice.
  4. Top with other half of sauerkraut.
  5. Pour juice over all.
  6. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low, 6-7 hours.
