Polish Hunter's Soup (Crockpot)

Not sure where I got this recipe but it was probably somewhere online.

Ingredients:

3 1/2 cups chicken broth

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

16 ounces sauerkraut

8 ounces mushrooms, sliced

1 medium potato, cubed

2 medium carrots, chopped

2 stalks celery, sliced

3/4 lb polish sausage, cubed

2 tablespoons cider vinegar

2 teaspoons dill

1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

1. Place in crockpot for 10 to 12 hours on low.
