Polish Coleslaw

Coleslaw with a twist! It goes with any kind of meat.
Ingredients:
300 g finely chopped white cabbage
300 g finely chopped red cabbage
1 red long chili pepper (or green)
4 celery root
1 carrot
1 onion
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white vinegar (or balsamic)
1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)
salt
black pepper
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix all the veggies.
2. Mix the sauce ingredients in another bowl and pour over the sliced veggies.
3. Before serving toss again.
