Polenta with Sundried Tomatoes and Parmesan

Ingredients:
250 g corn meal
45 g sundried tomatoes
115 g (90 g pc brand) light parmesan cheese
4 1/2 cups water
Directions:
1. Boil 4.5 cups water. Add polenta and tomatoes and stir. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring. Add parmesan. Remove from hear. Pour into oil-sprayed glass baking dish to set for 15 minutes.
2. Slice and serve
