Ingredients:
1/2 onion
1 tomato
1 cup cucumber slices
2 cups iceberg lettuce
2 t green enchilada sauce
1 7/20 cup of canned sweet peas
1 t hoisin sauce
3 mushroom,portabello
Directions:
1. sauté onions, add mushrooms and peas, a just a touch of Hoisin sauce
2. plop on dish beside grilled polenta
3. add a simple salad of lettuce, tomato and cucumber
