Preparation of favorite Indian Brunch called Poha
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup rice, flakes
1/4 tbsp salt
1/4 tbsp cumin seeds
1/4 tbsp mustard
1/8 tbsp turmeric
1/8 tbsp red chili, ground
1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 small onion, diced
1 medium potato, diced
1 large tomato, diced
Directions:
1. Heat Veg Oil and add mustrad, cumin seeds at med-high heat
2. Saute opnion and potato until brown 5 min
3. Add tomato and continue to saute for 5 min
4. Add turmeric and chili and mix well
5. Add rice flakes- poha and mix well
6. Serve for four (with optional corriander leaves)
