I awoke last night at 3:30 coughing for an hour. I finally decided to try a recipe I thought up while I was coughing. It really helped and I got another 1 1/2 hours of sleep.
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon lemon juice concentrate
1/2 teaspoon honey
Directions:
1. No mixing. 2. Just take the lemon juice first by mouth, then follow it with the honey.
