A spicy salsa that's great with chicken, pork or fish
Ingredients:
4 medium red or black plums, pited and cut into 1/2 chunks
1 medium mango, peeled and cut into 1/2 chunks
1 small red onion, finely chopped
1-2 jalepeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
1/4 c. cilantro, chopped
1 tb lime juice
1/2 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
1. Mix until well blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
