Plum-Berry Crumble

A crumble is a baked fruit mixture that is topped with a sweet crumbly pastry.
Ingredients:
1 pound plums, pits removed and cut into eighths (about 5 plums)
1 quart strawberries, quartered (about 3 cups)
1 cup blueberries
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
cooking spray
1 cup regular oats
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons chilled butter, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup turbinado sugar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°.
2. Combine plums and next 5 ingredients in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
3. Combine oats and next 3 ingredients in a medium bowl. Cut in butter with a pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add turbinado sugar, stirring well.
4. Sprinkle oat mixture over fruit mixture. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes or until topping is lightly browned and fruit mixture is bubbly. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
