Pl's Vegetarian Salsa Stir-Fry

I wanted to make a stir-fry that was purely vegetarian, but with plenty of flavor and taste...and this was born! I just added some of my favorite vegetables and salsa, and tried it out. It is delicious and light but still fills you up!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
8 -10 portabella mushrooms, thinly sliced
1 carrot, thinly sliced
1 -2 zucchini, thinly sliced
1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 small orange bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 (300 g) container salsa
rice, to serve
Directions:
1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the oil.
2. Add onion and garlic, and cook, stirring, until tender.
3. Add the mushrooms and stir for 3-5 minutes.
4. Add the carrot, zucchini and bell peppers, and stir until tender, and carrot isn't 'hard'.
5. Remove from heat and add the salsa, stirring to mix it inches.
6. Replace on heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
7. Remove from heat and serve with rice.
