Ingredients:
2/3 cup bulgur
3/4 cup red lentils
1/3 cup raw cashews
1 cup beets
1 cup white mushrooms
Directions:
1. soak lentils and bulgur in 2x water each (separate bowls), until soft (up to 24 hours for lentils)
2. bake beets and mushrooms for ~45min on 450*
3. blend all with cashews and dash of salt
4. form into burgers
5. spray pan with oil spray and brown burgers, turn only when first side is done, to avoid burgers falling apart
