This was my first attempt at a Jesscipe for a lower calorie bread. On the bland side, but great sliced thin for sandwiches.
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups warm water
2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup wheat bran
1 tablespoon flax seed
1 1/2 teaspoons vital wheat gluten
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Add ingreadients according to machine's directions (usually wet/dry/yeast).
2. Bake on standard cycle.
