Ingredients:
4 slices bread
1 medium onion, sliced into rings
1 tomato, sliced into circles
1 cup chicken, boiled and shredded
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons oil
2 teaspoons tomato ketchup
salt
black pepper
red chili powder
tomato sauce
Directions:
1. Lightly brush oil over the bread slices.
2. Spread tomato ketchup over it.
3. Place chicken shreds, tomato and onion slices on them.
4. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder and black pepper.
5. Top with cheese.
6. Microwave for 7 minutes.
7. Serve hot.
