Basically - it is pizza dough spread over a rectangular pizza pan with pepperoni and cheese (NO SAUCE, IT WON'T COME OUT THE SAME WAY!). You load it up all the way, except to the edges, and then you fold the short sides and roll it the long way.
Ingredients:
18 oz frozen dough
251 grams (one stick / package) of pepporoni
8 oz mozzerella cheese
Directions:
1. Spread out the dough on a rectangular pizza pan.
2. Preheat the over to 425
3. Top with pepperoni and cheese, keeping about 1/2 and inch from the edges.
4. Fold over the short edges about 1 inch and pinch tight where possible, then roll the dough the long way, pincing at the ends.
5. Place roll in center of pan and cut a few slits in the top for release of heat and oils.
6. Top with parmesian if desired.
7. Bake until golden brown (approx. 15 minutes, ovens may vary). Let cool, cut, serve, and enjoy!
