Ingredients:
1 lb pizza dough, cooked (boboli)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola
1/2 cup shredded fontina cheese
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425*. Place flatbread on baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
2. Spread pizza sauce over flatbread. Sprinkle with cheeses.
3. Bake 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
