Pasta with Pizza sauce, cheese, hamburger& pepperoni
Ingredients:
1 lb extra lean ground beef
4 ounces turkey pepperoni
1/2 onion
1/2 green pepper
8 ounces cooked whole wheat noodles
6 ounces velveeta reduced fat cheese product
16 ounces pizza sauce
4 ounces cheddar cheese
Directions:
1. Cook Pasta & drain.
2. Cook Ground beef with diced onions & green Peppers.
3. Spray 13x9 pan. Spread pasta in the bottom. Layer cheese, ground beef & turkey pepperoni. Spread sauce over top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
4. Bake 350' for 30-35 mins or until cheese is melted & bubbly.
5. Serves 10.
