A quick lunch for 2.
Ingredients:
1 large pita bread
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 cup chopped and seeded tomato
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to highest setting.
2. Place pita bread on baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
3. Top with tomatoes.
4. Scatter garlic and Italian seasoning over tomatoes.
5. Add any optional toppings desired.
6. Top with cheese.
7. Bake until crust is crisp and browned about 10 to 15 minutes.
