I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help.
Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground sausage or 1 lb ground turkey or 1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup fat free mozzarella cheese
1/3-1/2 cup pizza sauce (check sugar content) or 1/3-1/2 cup pasta sauce (check sugar content)
6 slices turkey pepperoni, cut into small pieces
2 eggs
parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Brown the meat and mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray and spoon mixture into pan. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese.
3. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes or until egg is set and muffins are slightly browned.
