1 (15 ounce) can pizza sauce (anywhere from 12 to 15 ounces works fine)
4 cups hot cooked rice
Directions:
1. Mix first 6 ingredients. 2. Shape into 12 meatballs with cube of cheese in center. 3. Coat lightly with flour and brown on all sides in oil. 4. Add pizza sauce and bring to a boil. 5. Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes. 6. Serve over rice.
