Ingredients:
ingredients
16 oz bread dough (fresh or frozen)
allow to rise until it doubles in size.
mix the following in a bowl
3 eggs
16 oz ricotta cheese (part skim)
4oz ea. deli meat turkey ham and turkey salami (chopped)
1 teas pepper (black or hot pepper)
set aside in fridge.
8”x 8” x 2”aluminum pan ( sprayed with cooking spray)
Directions:
1. Divide dough into 2 parts one larger than the other.
2. Place the larger piece of dough in the pan. Stretch the dough so that it is up all the
3. sides of the pan.
4. Pour the Ricotta mixture into the dough in the pan.
5. With the remaining piece of dough cover and seal the edges as best as you can.
6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350* for 45-60 min with a tooth-pick poke when it
7. comes out clean and golden on top it is done.
8. Exchange: 1 1/2 bread 2 protein
