Ingredients:
1 1/4 teaspoon(s) active dry yeast
3/4 teaspoon(s) sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
3/4 cup(s) warm water
2 cup(s) flour
Directions:
1. Place water, yeast, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Stir till dissolved. Add 1 cup of the flour and stir well, begin to add remaining flour until dough is only slightly sticky. Knead dough until smooth. Place in a lightly greased bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight. When ready to bake, press dough into lightly geased pizza pan. Let rise some if desired. Top with sauce and cheese. Bake 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
