One of my mom's pizza crust recipies, wonderful stuff. The serving size is only eight because that's how many slices we cut the pizza into. My mom tends to guess about baking times, and taught me to do the same, which is why there isn't a baking time.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 package fast rising yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup water
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
1. Put flour, yeast, salt through sifter
2. Heat water to 130 degrees, add oil. Add to flour using a wooden spoon.
3. Knead untill smooth, about 10 minutes.
4. Cover and let sit for 30 minutes.
5. Warm oven to 450 degrees.
6. Put dough on floured surface, knead 1 min. Shape into a ball.
7. Oil pan. Place dough into pan and spread out.
8. Bake a few minutes. Remove from oven. Top. Return to oven and bake.
