Pizza Beer Dough You Want Too Know

easy ,fast, and great dough ,thick crispy outside,soft inside.
Ingredients:
5 1/2 cups flour
2 cups wheat beer (or any beer will do)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons sugar, and or 2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons salt
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Directions:
1. add all ingredients to machine or bowl.this was made for bread machine but you can mix as you like.
2. let rest 30 mins.then roll dough,place on pan(spread some olive oil on pan and sprinkle some corn meal if you can)bake at 475 deg. about 5- 7 mins,just till you see it start to rise.not till done!take out add sauce, toppngs,bammmm!good to go.serve with beer!
