Ingredients:
3/4 cup(s) water warmed
1 teaspoon(s) yeast
1 teaspoon(s) sugar
2 1/4 cup(s) bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
15 ounce(s) tomato sauce
1/4 cup(s) water
1 teaspoon(s) sugar
1/4 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon(s) dried basil
1/4 teaspoon(s) dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
1/8 teaspoon(s) black pepper
1 bay leaf
1 dash(es) onion powder
1/2 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
Directions:
1. Dough:
2. Combine water, sugar, and yeast. In large bowl, sift together flour and salt. Make depression in center, pour in yeast mixture and oil. Use fork to mix liquid and slowly add flour. Rub oil in dough and let rise until double. Preheat oven to 400 degree.
