Ingredients:
3/4 tablespoon yeast
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 tablespoons oil
2 cups flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
Directions:
1. sprinkle yeast over water
2. set until it foams 5 minute.
3. stir salt ,oil and half of flour.
4. mix in rest of flour.
5. knead for 8 minutes
6. place in greased bowl
7. let it rise for 1/2 to 1 hour.
