Home made whole wheat crust, turkey pepperoni, mushrooms, cheese, sauce
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 1/4 tsp yeast
4 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup water
1/2 cup pizza sauce
36 slices pepperoni, lower fat
1/2 cup mozzarella, part skim milk cheese
1 cup mushrooms
Directions:
1. Make crust.
2. Add toppings.
3. Pre-bake crust for 5 mins.
4. Bake for 15 - 20 mins
