This mini-meal is easy to prepare and very portable. I pack it in my lunch bag when I go to work.
Ingredients:
1 whole wheat pita bread
3 spinach leaves
4 ounces reduced-fat smoked turkey breast
1 tablespoon low-fat ranch dressing
3 ounces baby carrots
Directions:
1. Stuff half of a whole-wheat pita with spinach leaves and smoked turkey breasts.
2. Drizzle with ranch dressing.
3. Serve with baby carrots.
