Easy to make, a great substitute for your tranditional pizza night!
Ingredients:
1 whole wheat pita
1/2 cup pasta sauce
1/2 cup cheese
1/2 tomatoe
1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 cup mushrooms
Directions:
1. Spread pasta sauce over pita bread and cover with cheese and your favorite toppings
2. Bake it in the toaster over ( a regular over probably works just as well, but I have never tried it) until the cheese it melted and enjoy!
