One whole pizza serving 4 slices. Use turkey sausage for reduced fat content.
Ingredients:
50 g pita bread, multigrain
2 tbs tomato sauce
1 tbs salsa
2 tbs onions, chopped
1/4 cup tomatoes, chopped
24 g mushrooms, sliced
4 tbs mozzarella cheese, part skim
55 g turkey sausage
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of pepper
Directions:
1. Spread tomato sauce on the pita bread.
2. Load up with ingredients and sprinkle shredded Kraft part skim mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
3. Heat in oven/toaster over for 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
