269 Cals Lunch!!!!Single serving quick Pizza lunch! Just use Low carb/low fat pita bread for the base and Feta cheese. (Take 30 cals off if you do use low carb bread) C-C didn't have it listed.
Ingredients:
1 pita bread
5 g onion
50 g tomato
28 g feta cheese
5 g fresh spinach leaves
15 g smoked turkey
1 dash italian seasoning
Directions:
1. Arrange Feta cheese over pita bread
2. Arrange veg/toppings over feta
3. Bake in oven heated to 400 for 5 mins!
4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning when removed from oven
5. Enjoy
