Ingredients:
1 egg
1/2 cup water
50 g butter (melted)
1 cup unsweetened low-fat yogurt
2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup pistachio nut, chopped
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together until just combined
2. Spoon into well-greased muffin pans and bake at 190°C for 15-20 minutes.
