A different but delicious dessert, and very easy too! If you like pistachio, you'll love it... Ingredients:
1/2 cup melted butter |
1 1/2 stacks ritz crackers, crushed (approx. 57 crackers) |
2 cups milk |
2 small packages of pistachio instant pudding |
1 quart of vanilla ice cream, softened |
cool whip |
heath choc./toffee bits |
Directions:
1. Mix Ritz crumbs with melted butter, and press firmly into 13 x 9 pan. 2. Beat the ice cream to further soften - set aside. 3. Combine milk and pudding mixes, then fold in the ice cream, blending well. 4. Pour over prepared crust. 5. Refrigerate for about half an hour. 6. Spread Cool Whip over top, and sprinkle with toffee bits. 7. Keep refrigerated. |
