Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Mix together flour, sugar, and baking powder in a large bowl.
  2. Beat together eggs, milk, and butter.
  3. Add liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and blend.If you are adding fruit, stir it into the batter.
  4. Over medium heat, melt a little butter in a frying pan and pour enough batter to form a 5 inch (13 cm) pancake.When the pancake begins to bubble all over the edges turn brown, flip it and cook the other side.
  5. Keep the pancakes in a warm oven until you are ready to serve them.
