Ingredients:
15 ounces pinto beans, rinsed and drained
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons green onions, chopped
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 1/2 teaspoons jalapeno peppers, minced and seeded
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/2-3/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/4 teaspoon sugar
fresh vegetables, or
tortilla chips
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients.
2. Cover and process until smooth.
3. Serve with vegetables or chips.
