Pink Salmon Curry

Enjoy the nice, light tasty and very filling.
Ingredients:
50 grams of rice vermicelli
1 small onion
1 tbs canola oil
1 cup of chopped zuchini
1 cup of green peas
1 stalk of celery
1 1/2 cups of soy milk
3 oz pink salmon
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
2 cups of warm water
Directions:
1. In a medium size pan, pre-heat it then add the canola oil. After it is hot then add the diced onions and celery stalk diced also into small size.
2. When it is half golden in color then add one cup of zuchini and one cup of green peas along with one cup of pre-cooked pink salmon
3. In a seperate cup add 2 table spoons of soya sauce, curry and turmeric with one cup of warm water...then pour it in the pot. Simmer then add soy beverage instead of milk and another cup of water and let it cook.
4. After the vegetables have cooked and at a boil then add the rice vermicelli until that cooks in well with the sauce.
5. Simmer for 5 minutes and then serve. Add a dash of salt if needed.
